Asador Etxebarri. A Spanish restaurant that voted 6th best in the world. The chef and the owner Victor Arguinzoiz cooks everything over a grill. Therefore, everything on the menu has the taste of the fire and the wood. Asador Etxebarri known by their grilled huge tomahawk steak before dessert.

Mugaritz is a highly recognized restaurant. The restaurant often recognized by the press as “the most important gastronomic phenomenon of the world”. Mugaritz opened in March 1998 by chef Andoni Luis Aduriz. In 2010 the restaurant burnt down but Andoni and his crew rebuilt it.

Alain named Arpège after his second passion music. Certainly, Arpège is known to be suitable for vegan and vegetarian fine dining.

Maido created by Mitsuharu Tsumura in 2009. Mitsuharu studied ‘”Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Administration at Johnson & Wales University”. After his graduation, he decided to go to Japan to work on Japanese cuisine. After his return to Peru, he mixed his knowledge and passion for Peruvian culinary with Japanese culinary. Maido is a restaurant that Japanese cuisine and Peruvian cuisine co-exist in harmony.

Central is the flagship restaurant of the chef Virgilio Martínez Véliz. Virgilio has attempted to redefine Peruvian cuisine by adding little-known ingredients from the coastal region, highlands and from the Amazon forest. Moreover, the Media defines this restaurant as “fresh, and contemporary with beautiful plates.”
5. Gaggan (Bangkok, Thailand)
Gaggan runs by chef Gaggan Anand. This restaurant tried to refine Indian food as French and Japanese fine dining. So the chef has incorporated techniques into the menu at Gaggan from his former workplace ellBulli in Spain. These have included a coriander foam served with green peppercorn chicken kebabs in a dish entitled “Green with envy”, and one entitled “Beauty and the Beast” which features potatoes stuffed with figs.

Eleven Madison Park originally opened in 1998 by Danny Meyer. Then 13 years later Chef Daniel Humm and Will Guidara purchased Eleven Madison Park from Meyer. Moreover, Eleven Madison Park offers guests one multi-course tasting menu. This menu inspired by New York and its culinary traditions.

Mirazur runs by chef Mauro Colagreco. After, establishing Mirazur Mauro`s restaurant received the “Revelation of the Year” award. Mauro imposed his own style in the menu, contrasting flavors. His style is not rooted in his Italian-Argentinian heritage or his prior work with the chef Allain Passard.

El Celler de Can Roca opened in 1986 by the Roca brothers, Joan, Joseph, and Jordi. They serve traditional Catalan dishes but with twists which Michelin Guide describes it as “creative”. El Celler has a wine collection of 60,000 bottles. The dishes served have an unusual presentation. Like caramelized olives on bonsai trees.

Osteria Francescana runs by chef Massimo Bottura and formed in 1995. This restaurant featured on a Netflix series called Chef`s Table. Massiomos concept was to juxtapose culinary tradition and innovation with contemporary art and design.
